Rick and Karen Hughlett founded Rick's Automotive in 1980 with the determination to bridge the gap between dealerships and chain stores with an honest and competent auto repair facility dedicated to quality and affordability. Over the years, Rick's Automotive has grown to become one of the most recognized and trusted automotive service providers in southwest Missiouri.
All Rick's automotive technicians have years of experience under their belts, over 400 years of experience among them when you add it up. All employees are ASE certified, even the service advisors. Most of the auto technicians are "Master Certified," including Rick himself. Six hold the prestigious L-1 certification for advanced automotive diagnosics. And, all are competently
trained to utilize the state-of-the-art equipment featured in the automotive and fleet service centers.
Rick's Automotive also conducts regularly scheduled continuing education exercises in their dedicated training facilities to maintain a high level of expertise.
